A major candidate for the biggest single let-down for IT trainees is a requirement to attend multiple workshop days. Most training companies push the so-called 'benefits' of these classes, however, they quickly become a thorn in your side due to many reasons:

- Constant journeys to the training centre - often 100's of miles.

- There are those of us who on occasion live away for part of the week, think of the now-increased trouble of reaching the needed classes, as time is now more scarce than ever.
